With digital printing, the print image is sent directly from the computer to the printer. In contrast, with offset printing, a static printing form, such as a printing plate, is first created, which is then passed on to the printer. The advantage of digital printing is its flexibility.
With the inkjet process, only colors from the CYMK color spectrum can be generated. This means that colors like gold or white are not possible.
The images must have a minimum resolution of 300dpi (=dots per inch). A lower resolution would result in the image looking blurry.
If you are not sure how high the resolution of your images is, there is an easy way to check: Right-
click on the relevant image file -> Properties -> Detail tab -> Under Image you will find the resolution.
The abbreviations describe different color representations. An RGB color space is an additive color space that replicates color perceptions by mixing three primary colors ( red, green , and blue ). We find this again in monitors or in human vision.
The CYMK color space provides the technical basis for four-color printing. All colors are mixed from the components cyan (blue), yellow (yellow), magenta (red tone) and key (black component).
Photos are taken in the RGB color space, so there may be small color deviations when converting to CYMK.
2 layout corrections are included with each print. This means that we send you a PDF file for correction before printing. If we find errors or you like another wording better, there is also a proof of correction for this change. Only after the third deduction do we have to charge you an additional fee.
Here we present some fonts. If you have already decided on your own unusual font, it would be helpful if you sent it to us. You can find them on your computer under Control Panel -> Appearance and Personalization -> Fonts (C:\Windows\Fonts\)
After acceptance of the final art (last proof), the processing and delivery time is 10-15 working days.
